You’ll have space to unpack complex challenges, reflect on your assumptions, gain new perspective, and see how other leaders approach difficult situations. Most participants find the time commitment, typically less than 1% of working hours, to be some of their most protected and worthwhile time. Because this experience is built on shared participation, it works best when everyone can show up consistently. CE credits will be earned and awarded through attendance. Each session is pending for 4 CEU hours. You must be present to earn CE credits to be applied toward your continuing education application or renewal. All sessions will have a sign in process. Additional credits will apply for Executive Edge participation.

SyncUp — Eligibility + Criteria
- Active Associations North member
- Senior leader (Director, VP, COO, CMO, or second-in-command) with 3+ years experience
- Decision-making authority over strategy, budget, or people
- Growth/improvement mindset
- Commitment to regular attendance
- Open sharing + peer learning
- Confidentiality agreement required
- Respectful, open participation
Meetings are built on sharing, vulnerability, and accountability — all essential for meaningful growth. You will get more than you give in CEOSync and SyncUp, but active participation at every meeting is expected.
Each session runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Twin Cities.
SyncUp and CEOSync are in-person only with no hybrid or recorded option, as the experience depends on being fully present with the community.

Lunch is provided.
Optional breakfasts are offered from 7:30 to 8:30 am on select session days — an informal opportunity to connect over coffee and breakfast before the day begins.
As a member of CEOSync or SyncUp, relationship building with other leaders you respect and trust is a key component. If you leave your company for whatever reason, CEOSync and SyncUp members are not automatically asked to leave. If you still value your participation in CEOSync/SyncUp (and vice versa), we are happy to welcome you to stay.
