UNMUTED
Amplify your Clarity, Confidence & Contribution to Come Alive at Work
In today’s workplace, too many high-potential people are muting themselves. They’re silencing ideas, downplaying strengths, and waiting for permission to lead. This quiet disengagement fuels frustration, stifles innovation, and slows organizational growth. But when people develop agency — the belief that they can influence outcomes — they stop holding back. They speak up in meetings, share bold ideas, own their impact, and become catalysts for collaboration and change.
Drawing on 13+ years as a corporate well-being and leadership strategist, Rachel blends storytelling, psychology, and actionable frameworks to help people find their footing and activate their voice. Her signature UNMUTED V.O.I.C.E.™ framework guides teams from passive participation to proactive contribution, transforming cultures from compliant to courageous.
In a world of hybrid work, AI disruption, and change fatigue, organizations need engaged self-leaders, people who take initiative, think critically, and connect authentically. UNMUTED is the framework for building those cultures from the inside out.

Concurrent Sessions
Select one of two concurrent sessions led by speakers from diverse industries and backgrounds. From women’s leadership in AI to building unbreakable networks, you’ll leave with practical takeaways you can bring straight back to the office and into your role.
Unbreakable Networks: Building Professional Support Systems That Sustain Women Leaders
Michelle Wroblewski, Director, Associations Growth & Strategy, Wipfli
Amanda Heberg, Vice President, Business Development, Sandstorm Design
Strong networks don’t happen by accident — they’re built intentionally, especially in association leadership where roles can be isolating, visibility is high, and advancement often depends on influence as much as expertise.
This breakout session explores how women leaders can move beyond transactional networking to build durable professional support systems that provide perspective, advocacy, and momentum over time. Grounded in association environments, the session examines mentorship, peer networks, and sponsor relationships through a practical lens — focusing on what actually works when time is limited and expectations are high.
Participants will leave with clear strategies for strengthening their networks in ways that support career growth, leadership resilience, and collective impact within their organizations and across the association community.
From Experimentation to Execution: Leadership Decisions That Make AI Stick in Associations
Aubrey Albrecht, Vice President of Education and Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), MN-Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA)
Anna Eaton, Customer Growth Strategist, Betty:AI
Many associations are past the question of what is AI and are now facing a harder one: how do we make this usable, trusted, and sustainable inside our organization? This leadership-focused session explores the real decisions required to move AI from experimentation to execution. Decisions about ownership, expectations, guardrails, staff confidence, and how leaders balance efficiency with quality and trust.
Featuring perspectives from MN Multi-Housing Association, and cross-association experience from Betty AI, this conversation centers on what it actually takes to make AI stick inside an association. Rather than focusing on tools or technology, this session examines leadership judgment, tradeoffs, and lessons learned, including what took longer than expected, what changed along the way, and what leaders wish they had done sooner.
Attendees will leave with practical frameworks and real-world insight they can apply regardless of platform, budget, or technical maturity.

The Power of Grounded Confidence
What rules have you been handed? Do you feel like you can’t disappoint anyone? Aren’t allowed to fail – or even make a mistake? Need to be responsible for everything and keep everyone happy? Always have to be doing more.
Over time, these rules chip away at your confidence. They push you to prove, please, and perfect. They hold you back from the career, life, and impact you want to create. It’s time to stop. It’s time to break the rules. This is more than a presentation - it’s an experience of reclaiming yourself.
You’ll leave the session with tools to break free from "should" and a deeper connection to the grounded confidence within you. The kind of confidence that comes from knowing you are truly unshakable.
