Event Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policies
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to laurel@associationsnorth.com by the registered attendee or the organization that paid for the registration.
Refunds are based on the date the written request is received.
Refund schedule
- 20+ days prior to the event: 100% refund
- 19–10 days prior to the event: 50% refund
- 9–5 days prior to the event: 25% refund
- 4–0 days prior to the event: No refund
No-shows & partial attendance
Refunds are not issued for no-shows. Partial attendance does not qualify for a partial refund.
Event Changes
Associations North reserves the right to modify event content, speakers, schedule, or location as needed. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
Attendee List & Sharing
By registering for an event, your name, organization, title, and email will be included on the attendee list shared with participants and sponsors. If you prefer to be excluded from the list, please contact laurel@associationsnorth.com.
Medical & Emergency Situations
We understand that medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we’re unable to offer refunds outside of the schedule above due to event costs and contractual commitments, we want to support you when plans change.
If you’re unable to attend due to a medical or emergency situation, you may choose one of the following options:
- Transfer your registration to another individual within your organization, if applicable, or
- Apply your registration as a credit toward a future Associations North event within 12 months
Event credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
