This session is designed to transform the way your board approaches its most critical governance duty: ensuring high-quality, continuous leadership.

This webinar is essential for any board member committed to elevating the performance and long-term vitality of their association's leadership. We will dive deep into best practices, providing actionable frameworks and tools to help your board:

Strategically Recruit Board Talent: Shift from simply filling vacancies to strategically recruiting based on a future-focused skills matrix and desired demographic and professional diversity.

Onboard Board Talent for Maximum Impact: Design your Director onboarding program to rapidly integrate new directors into the board's culture, governance processes, and strategic priorities.

Continuously Assess and Develop the Board: Explore methods for ongoing director education that keeps the entire board current on emerging trends. Implement a robust and fair self- and peer-evaluation process that drives continuous improvement and accountability.

Build a Strong Succession Pipeline: Master the art of succession planning for the board and key officer roles. Learn techniques for identifying, mentoring, and preparing future leaders to ensure seamless continuity and organizational resilience.
