Executive Edge is a retreat-style experience for association CEOs and senior leaders. It’s designed to create space for strategic thinking, peer connection, and real conversation. This is not a traditional conference. The format is intentionally smaller and more focused, allowing for stronger engagement throughout the experience.


Who Attends


Executive Edge brings together a curated group of senior decision-makers from associations, including CEOs and Presidents, Executive Directors, and senior leaders such as COOs, VPs, and Directors.

These are the individuals responsible for setting strategy, leading teams, and driving organizational growth. They oversee budgets, evaluate partners, and make decisions that shape the direction of their organizations.

Because the group is intentionally smaller, attendees are more engaged, conversations go deeper, and connections happen more naturally. This is not a passive audience. It’s a room of leaders who are actively thinking, asking questions, and looking for ideas and partners that can move their work forward.
