Stephen O’Connor is Owner and CEO of O'Design Productions and Consulting, a breakthrough company that provides Audio Visual productions, consulting, and training to meeting professionals, companies and associations. Stephen brings with him nearly 20 years’ experience in the AV industry and is heavily in involved in the meetings and events industry while acting as a industry expert for trade magazines and publications. Sandy Rath CRME, is an experienced Revenue Management professional with Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Sandy began her Revenue Management career in the Car Rental industry when Revenue Management was a new discipline. She then joined the hospitality industry as Director of Revenue Management at the Hilton Minneapolis and enjoyed working with the downtown team for 14 years. Currently she is introducing Revenue Management principles and developing total revenue strategies for Mystic Lake Casino Hotel.

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Priority is given to premier sponsors. For best booth space, send in your registration early. Submit your Booth Request Form via mail, email or fax (please do not include credit card numbers). You may indicate a booth preference but we cannot guarantee your selection. Exhibitors will be notified of their space assignment by email. Associations North reserves the right to assign and re-assign space as deemed necessary or appropriate in the best interest of the trade show.
*Note: Associations North will start assigning booth space in late April and will email your confirmation along with additional booth services and important details to make this a successful event.
Each company will be assigned their own booth. Exhibitors are to arrange materials so as not to obstruct or distract (noise) other displays or booths, no tall booths allowed in Open Concept Booths (pop-up banners acceptable). Surrounding space and aisles must be kept clear.
Exhibitors who apply for space may cancel, in writing, prior to May 11, 2018 and receive a refund of their payment minus a 50% handling fee. Applicants who cancel after May 11, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of situation or circumstance.
It is mutually agreed that Associations North and U.S. Bank Stadium shall not be liable to an exhibitor for any damage to or for the loss or destruction of an exhibit or the property of an exhibitor or injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage, or injury are expressly waived by the exhibitor.
As an association software company, it was really helpful to gain some insight into how associations work and the people behind them.
