 Making Your Sales More Productive, Effective and Fun!

 

Generating and increasing non-dues revenue is an essential activity for every association, and your sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers are savvy buyers with high ROI expectations. Association professionals in charge of selling and managing these relationships often have limited sales experience and it’s usually not the favorite hat of the many that are worn in this industry.

 

Join us during a two-part, interactive workshop that is geared for association professionals who need to fine-tune their sales approach and/or maximize their sales results. Due to the interactive nature of this presentation, we are limited to 20 association professionals.

 

During the morning session, we will discuss how to:

● Craft, discuss and act on the unique value proposition your association has to offer

● Align your offering with what advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors expect in return for their investment

● Ensure your website and collateral fully support your sales efforts

● Better prioritize your actions for better topline results

 

In the afternoon session, we will take a hands-on approach to review your collateral and how your organization positions and promotes its offerings.

Charles has more than 20 years of experience working with hundreds of trade and professional associations to help them optimize their revenue generation, publishing and communication efforts. He started his career with lots of cold calling as an individual contributor and progressed into executive management roles, building and leading successful teams and organizations, before starting The Wyman Company.
