Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Priority is given to premier sponsors. For best booth space, send in your registration early. Submit your Booth Request Form via mail, email or fax (please do not include credit card numbers). You may indicate a booth preference but we cannot guarantee your selection. Exhibitors will be notified of their space assignment by email. Associations North reserves the right to assign and re-assign space as deemed necessary or appropriate in the best interest of the trade show.
Each company will be assigned their own booth. Exhibitors are to arrange materials so as not to obstruct or distract (noise) other displays or booths, no tall booths allowed in Open Concept Booths (pop-up banners acceptable). Surrounding space and aisles must be kept clear.
*Note: Associations North will start assigning booth space in late April and will email your confirmation along with additional booth services and important details to make this a successful event.
All exhibits must be set up by 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 13 and removed by 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 13.
Exhibitor Setup:
Exhibits may be set up on Tuesday, June 12 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (recommended) and Wednesday, June 13 from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
Exhibitor Tear Down:
Exhibits may be torn down starting at 3:00 pm and should be removed no later than 6:00 pm.
Move-in and move-out is through the north side of Mystic Lake Center; download map here. Exhibitors may bring your own carts as long as the wheels are neoprene.
Please note: Associations North is hosting a reception from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm and all exhibitors are invited to attend.
Electrical ($40) and internet service ($300 for hard-wire) contracts will be emailed with your booth confirmation and are not included in booth fees.
Additional booth furniture, custom booths and signs can be ordered through Brede Exposition Services (fees extra); details will be emailed with your exhibitor confirmation.
Include a fun trinket, special invitation to visit your booth, discount or promotional piece on your product, destination or company to be given out at registration in the attendee bags (qty: 250 attendees only, 400 with exhibitors). Inserts need to be dropped off or mailed to Associations North no later than June 1. Sign up for the bag insert on your exhibitor registration/form.

Send out a promotional "See You at the Expo" mailing to Associations North members and 2017/18 attendees before the conference. Mailing lists may only be used one time and may not be uploaded into a database. To purchase mailing labels, sign up on your registration/exhibitor form.

Sign up to exhibit, participate in the Solutions Conference (included with your exhibitor registration), stay for the reception (free), Cornholapalooza ($50) Wednesday night and Golf Classic Thursday (fees vary; sponsorship and golfer opportunities available)
Exhibitors who apply for space may cancel, in writing, prior to May 11, 2018 and receive a refund of their payment minus a 50% handling fee. Applicants who cancel after May 11, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of situation or circumstance.
It is mutually agreed that Associations North and Mystic Lake Center shall not be liable to an exhibitor for any damage to or for the loss or destruction of an exhibit or the property of an exhibitor or injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage, or injury are expressly waived by the exhibitor.
