Summary:
When you think of your workplace and relationships with coworkers, trust in each other is a workplace value that rises to the top. How do you begin to create a culture of trust? With the concepts and teachings of Trust-ol-o-gy, Richard Fagerlin, Peak Solutions, Inc., will challenge conventional wisdom and leave participants with a new way to explore, experience and engage in trust in the workplace as well as with our members. Feel free to bring your entire team to this session to start the conversation.

Specifically, we will discuss:

*Impact of High and Low Trust in Associations
*Determine the key elements of a high trust culture
*Learn the 10 keys to success for having a high trust team
*Individual and group exercise to determine where you are strong and not so strong relating to building a culture of trust
*Explore specific areas of building trust and expand on each
*Discuss how trust translates to our relationships with members and chapters.


Presenter: Richard Fagerlin

Richard Fagerlin is the founder and president of Peak Solutions. With over 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience, he is a sought-after speaker, consultant and facilitator. Richard travels internationally helping clients intentionally create a culture of high trust and to be on purpose with developing leaders at all levels of the organization. In 2015 & 2016 Richard was named one of the top 100 thought leaders on Trust in the world.

Join the live program from your office, home, or hotel room using a computer for the web portion and telephone for the audio portion. You may ask questions, participate in surveys, and post comments from your computer during the program. You may also invite colleagues to watch the program from a shared computer or projection screen and speakerphone. Please note that credit (if available) is only provided to registered attendees participating at their own computer and phone.
